The purpose of the project:

• Formation of a knowledge system for the university heads on modern approaches to organization and management of knowledge triangle.
• Detailed analysis of the conditions that create obstacles for effective integration of higher education, research and innovation in Partner countries.
• Development of activities for the preparing of long-term use of project results.
• Initiation of national processes for creating a legal framework that would help accelerate the process of integration of higher education, research and innovation
