Visit of the leading media workers of the Carpathian Basin to UzhNU
On Friday, May 12, 2017 Ukrainian-Hungarian Educational Institute of Uzhhorod National University welcomed guests from the states of the Carpathian Basin. Representatives of printed media came to UzhNU at the invitation of the Union of Hungarian Journalists of Transcarpathia.
The leading media workers, editors of Hungarian language newspapers and magazines came to see our region, the university and attend the conference, held in M.Bercheni library. They discussed the state of Hungarian language printed media in Transcarpathia, in particular, and in the Carpathian Region as a whole. The conference was also attended by journalists and chief editors of the Transcarpathian newspapers published in the Hungarian language, including «Kárpati Igaz Szó» and «Kárpátalja».
